I stayed in a room right next to the pool. the room was very good, i must say. staff members were friendly. That is always a plus. the hotel's location is central to many attractions.
The keypad on the safe did not work. as a result, a very loud alarm went off. i went to reception to ask for help with it. I was told the alarm would go off in 5 mins, but no assistance was provided.
